In this post we explore how to create Bridgerton inspired interiors to make your home feel like the sets from the popular Netflix show! Keep reading to find all of our best tips for adapting the style of the early 1800s to today’s style.
It’s no wonder why Bridgerton was for a long time the most popular show ever on Netflix. The period drama is a fantasy world for viewers with its gorgeous scenes, extravagant floral displays, amazing costumes, and the dramatic storyline.
One thing that we at Decor Curator couldn’t stop noticing was just how beautiful all of the sets were.
The styles of the early 1800s interiors may immediately seem over the top for what is in style today, but there are so many pieces of the Bridgerton interiors that we can use in today’s designs to recreate some of the glamour seen in the show.
Unfortunately we can’t tell you where to find your own Duke of Hastings, but we can at least tell you how to bring pieces of the set into your own home!
As we can’t run Decor Curator cost-free, we use affiliate marketing to earn money. That means that if you click on product links on Decor Curator and end up purchasing from the partner company, we may earn a commission. This doesn’t affect our choice of products to share, but helps us continue running the website and finding the best home decor for you.
Ornate Gold Mirrors
One thing seen countless times throughout the series is ornate gold mirrors, a classic and timeless piece of decor in our opinion! These types of mirrors come in all shapes and sizes and you almost can’t go wrong with any of them.
Here are a few that we love:

Flowers – Everywhere!
Another major theme throughout the show (and maybe our favorite!) is the flowers seen everywhere! They add to the romantic and fairytale-like feeling of the sets. While fresh flowers are always the best, it can add up to always have some in your home. We can’t all be Bridgertons.
The good news is that today we have two great options for having flowers that last a long time: artificial flowers and dried ones. Artificial ones can look just like the real thing. Dried flowers are the real thing, but they usually have a more rustic look.
Here are a few of our favorite options for flowers, both artificial and dried:
Elegant Bed with Headboard
While Daphne’s room in the show may be over-the-top for some, we think that you could easily have a bedroom like this today and feel like you’re royalty. One of our favorite pieces from her room is the headboard that has a gorgeous color of blue and a relatively simple design.
Here are a few options for getting this look:
Fancy Bench
If you have room in your bedroom, a bench at the end of the bed is so useful for placing pillows on, getting ready, or just relaxing. Here is a great one!
Wall Mouldings
We’re not sure if there was a single room in the show without beautiful woodwork on the walls and ceilings. Wall mouldings are so timeless and actually an easy project to add to your home.
There are several styles of wall mouldings that you can choose from.
Need help figuring out how to DIY some wall mouldings? Don’t worry, we wrote a whole post on it! Check it out HERE!
Wallpaper
You also can’t miss the gorgeous wallpaper in Daphne’s room. There are so many classic wallpaper options to choose from like damask, chinoiserie, and murals. Here are 2 great chinoiserie options.
French Accent Chairs
If you peak behind this scene from season 2, you can see some gorgeous chairs with classic cabriole legs. Chairs like these can go in almost any room in the house such as dining, office, bedroom, living room, and more.
Here are some great options from Amazon!
Candleholders
Last but certainly not least, candleholders deserve a place in almost every home. Not only do pretty candleholders add some great decor, they also add the perfect ambiance when lit.
This option from Pottery Barn is perfect for getting the Bridgerton look.
