Treating yourself to a nice homemade cocktail is a great way to relax and feel a little fancy. You get the fun of getting a nice beverage without the struggle of having to get all dressed up and go to a crowded bar. You also can avoid spending $15+ on one drink (depending on how fancy your at-home cocktails are…)!

What makes a homemade cocktail even better is having a cool glass to put it in.

There are so many types of cocktails and almost as many different types of cocktail glasses to put them in.

Some of the most common types of cocktail glasses are:

Martini
Margarita
Coupe
Copper mug
Hurricane

Within all of these types of glasses, there are so many different designs to choose from. If you don’t want to buy all types, you can narrow it down by identifying which types of cocktails you like to drink most. For example, if you drink lots of moscow mules, go with the copper mug! If martinis are more of your thing, a martini glass would of course be fitting. If you prefer different types of cocktails served without ice, the coupe glass is super classy and versatile.
